Spe Trade Oy (Business ID: 3254542-7), located at Gotlanninkatu 2 T, 20240 Turku, sells products to companies and individual consumers within the EU.

2. Products, Prices & Payment

Pricing: All product prices displayed in the online store include VAT.

Shipping Costs: Delivery fees depend on the product (weight/packaging) and the chosen shipping method. These costs are calculated automatically and displayed in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.

Payment: Accepted payment methods are listed in the shopping cart. You can pay using the service provided during the checkout process.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Contract

Binding Agreement: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms. A binding contract is formed when you confirm the order and we send you an Order Confirmation.

Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Please ensure your email address is correct. If we cannot process your order, we will notify you immediately.
4. Delivery

Method: You may select your preferred delivery method from the available options at checkout.

Delivery Time: Typical delivery times to Finland are 2–4 days, depending on the order and method selected. Specific estimates are provided with product options.
5. Returns & Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and well-packed for return shipping.

Notification: You must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel (e.g., via email or a written notice included with the return) within the 14-day period.

Return Shipping: The goods must be returned without delay (no later than 14 days after notification). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:

Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number with the return package.

We will refund the payment without delay upon receipt of the returned goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Inspection & Defects
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the product is lost, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, notify Customer Service as soon as possible (within 14 days).

We handle all errors in compliance with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spe Trade Oy is not liable for any indirect or direct damages related to the order, delivery, or products, except where mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable laws stipulate otherwise.
8. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disagreements amicably. Please contact our Customer Service first.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, consumers may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

Before this, consumers must contact the Local Magistrates’ Consumer Advice Service (www.consumeradvice.fi).
